ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN - CONSERVATION PROJECTS - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a Dublin City Centre based practice which has a large
conservation division.
Work on a portfolio of exciting projects which include a number of
notable historic listed buildings.
Passion and experience working on historic and listed buildings in
essential, an interest in modern architecture and the relationship
between the old and the new is advantageous.
They are looking for candidates with a range of project and site
experience.
Responsible for the production of design solutions including drawings,
schedules, technical submittals & other documentation required in an
agreed timeframe and will liaise with the Client, Construction Team
and other stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth handover of the
design package to the construction team.
Design and Draft in both CAD and Revit
REQUIREMENTS
Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology
5 years+ industry experience in Ireland or the UK
Possess strong technical understanding and experience working with
current industry legislation
Excellent AutoCAD and Revit skills
Previous experience working on small and medium scale projects across
commercial, conservation, residential, or mixed-use developments
Excellent communication and organisation skills
